Sleep Apnea & N95 Respiratory Mask Press Hydraulic Power Unit

This hydraulic power unit was built for a company that manufactures N95 respiratory and sleep apnea masks. It powers a series of presses for their patented mask design. It features a 3/4 horsepower single phase electric motor coupled to a 1 gallon per minute high pressure gear pump. We also installed an adjustable cartridge style relief valve. On the return side of the circuit, we incorporated a spin on style filter with a visual indicator gauge.
